We are pleased to invite you to the 2024 Annual Workshop for Local Government Attorneys.

The event will be offered in Indianapolis with a satellite location in South Bend for your convenience.

Please note: The speakers will be in-person in Indianapolis and the South Bend location will be used as a satellite location. You must attend in one of the two locations in order to earn CLE credit.

9 a.m. - Legislative Preview

10:05 a.m. - Labor and Employment Law

11:10 a.m. - BOT and Other Procurement Methods

12:10 p.m. - Lunch (served on-site)

1:10 p.m. - Decorum of Public Meetings, Open Door Law and Public Records Requests

2:15 p.m. - Residential TIF and Other Advanced TIF Topics

3:20 p.m. - Ethics

4:20 p.m. - Seminar Adjourns

4:30 p.m. - Reception begins in Indianapolis (hors d'oeuvres and beverages provided)

6.0 hours CLE credit including 1.0 hour of ethics credit pending.

There is a $45 registration fee. Fee is waived for state or government employees.
