Provider Compensation Governance: Creating a Defensible Process for Developing and Managing Provider Compensation

In this webinar presented by the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals and Barnes & Thornburg, Bob Wade (Barnes & Thornburg) and Alex Krouse (Parkview Health) will discuss provider compensation governance issues.

Specifically, the presenters will focus on who should be involved in determining compensation, what parties should approve compensation and contracts for providers, and ultimately what process for compensation model review should be implemented. The presentation will include actual case scenarios of health system processes around the country. Finally, the webinar will highlight key defensibility processes, such as monitoring, any health system should have in place as you approve, develop, and manage provider compensation.
