From Expiration to Renewal: The LIHTC Resyndication Process

Jordan Carr will be presenting at the 2024 Ohio Housing Conference in Columbus. His presentation, “From Expiration to Renewal: The LIHTC Resyndication Process,” will discuss strategies to complete a successful resyndication and will include perspectives from an agency, a syndicator, and a developer.

Jordan’s practice focuses primarily on community and economic development, including low-income housing, new markets and historic-rehabilitation tax credits. He regularly represents syndicators, investors, funds and financial institutions in the acquisition, financing, sale and disposition of interests in real estate developments, as well as in the acquisition of equity interests in low-income housing tax credit and historic-rehabilitation tax credit projects.
