How To…Comply with Obligations to Caregiver Employees
In addition to long-standing obligations under leave and discrimination laws, employers need to digest new federal protections passed at the end of 2022 for pregnant employees as well as ever-changing state law paid leave and other obligations.
Our first “How To” session of 2023 will distill all of these obligations into practical guidance to assist employers in meeting their obligations to caregiver employees.
