The first 100 days of the new administration have been marked by many changes to U.S. immigration.
During this webinar, our panelists will do a retrospective overview of changes to U.S. immigration policies and procedures thus far, with a focus on those relevant to employers’ compliance programs, and what the next 100 days might have in store. Topics will include:
- Changes to various temporary employment authorization categories, such as parole and temporary protected status, and recommendations for U.S. employers
- New enhanced vetting of travelers and country-specific travel restrictions
- Rescission of certain Biden-era USCIS policies
- Enhanced I-9 processes and new areas of risk for employers
- The key lawsuits to monitor for I-9 compliance
