Biomarker testing promises to revolutionize the way we detect, diagnose and deliver treatments for serious illnesses like cancer.
Join us as researchers and patient advocates will explore the role of biomarker testing in precision medicine, shed light on the challenges that still hamper patient access, and detail the steps we can take to expand patient access to testing. They will cover key questions such as:
- What is a biomarker and how does it affect a patient’s clinical care?
- Why is the use of biomarker testing lagging behind the clinical guidelines recommendations and how can we improve patient access?
Lunch and networking will begin at 11:30 a.m. and the program will run from noon-1 p.m.
