The U.S. Department of State’s Pilot Program for Stateside Visa Renewals; the New Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form required as of Nov. 1, 2023; President Biden’s new executive order on artificial intelligence aimed to help immigrants and temporary visa holders with AI backgrounds; and the H-1B Proposal Update to modernize the H-1B lottery for 2024.
