Join us for an hour-long discussion on the issues facing Minnesota employers in 2021 as they prepare to return to a post-COVID workplace. We will look at: 

• Downsizing and re-organization
• The pitfalls of vaccinations and other continued workplace safety measures
• The transition from distanced work back to in-person work
• Medical considerations surrounding COVID, including accommodation requests, vaccine issues, medical inquiries and workers’ compensation

The speakers will examine the potential litigation that could arise out of this transition, including non-compete and non-disclosure issues for separated employees, not to mention other COVID-19 related workplace litigation.
