What to Expect from EPA’s PFAS Strategic Roadmap, Developments in the States, the Courts and around the World

USEPA’s PFAS Strategic Roadmap contains several planned regulatory and other actions in 2022 and beyond. Independent of the Roadmap, various states are proceeding with regulatory initiatives, and PFAS litigation addressing multiple issues continues to make its way through a number of courts. Additionally, countries around the world are taking different actions to address PFAS. As the ways to contend with PFAS continue to evolve, it is more important than ever to consider the future landscape of PFAS risk management.
