John Kelly, partner and chair of Barnes & Thornburg’s Healthcare Industry Practice, will present “Private Equity – Be Careful, It Ain’t Private Anymore” as part of a panel discussion hosted by the American Health Law Association (AHLA).

With moderator Stephanie Haywood of Ntracts, John and Kim Looney of K&L Gates will cover the private equity (PE) structure and business model and how that translates to success in the healthcare sector. They will also examine government enforcement and compliance risks associated with the ongoing interest in PE’s expanding role in the healthcare industry.
