Barnes & Thornburg Adds Product Liability Litigator Kelly Brilleaux in Dallas

DALLAS (May 15, 2025) – Barnes & Thornburg announced today that product liability litigator Kelly E. Brilleaux has joined the firm’s Dallas office as a partner in its Litigation Department.
Brilleaux is an experienced product liability litigator focusing her practice on individual and complex mass tort litigation. She has extensive experience in pharmaceutical and medical device multi-district litigation (MDL) in both national counsel and liaison counsel roles across multiple MDLs. Brilleaux has represented clients in consumer mass tort litigation and environmental and toxic tort litigation.

Brilleaux has significant experience in conducting expert discovery and related motion practice, including identifying and communicating with medical, scientific, and other technical defense expert witnesses to assist with the preparation of expert reports and deposition testimony. Brilleaux is actively involved in virtually all stages of litigation, including trial team preparation, handling discovery disputes, negotiating settlements, and preparing Rule 702 Motions to Exclude plaintiffs’ technical expert witnesses.

Brilleaux earned her J.D. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Herbert Law Center and her B.S., cum laude, from Louisiana State University.
