Barnes & Thornburg Welcomes 100 New Team Members Nationwide, Including Largest-Ever Fall Class
Purposeful growth across the firm continues through the strategic addition of experienced laterals, new associates, and key personnel
Barnes & Thornburg has welcomed nearly 100 new lawyers and business professionals since April 2025, including 31 members of our new fall cohort – the firm’s largest-ever fall class.
Our new cohort brings fresh talent and perspectives to 12 offices across the country. They represent eight practices — with Litigation leading the way — and add depth in areas including Corporate, Intellectual Property, Healthcare, Labor & Employment, Environmental, Restructuring & Bankruptcy, and Real Estate.
They are part of a broader wave of nearly 100 lawyers and business professionals who have come aboard since April 2025, reflecting the firm’s continued, purposeful growth. Offices welcoming new colleagues this year include Boston, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Nashville, Raleigh, San Diego, South Bend, and Washington, D.C.
To mark the start of their careers at the firm, the fall class took part in BTLaw Academy Fall Orientation, a two-day program designed to help them connect with colleagues, hear from firm leaders, and get a head start on building their practices.
