WILMINGTON, Del. (July 9, 2025) — Brittany Giusini-Tsoflias has joined Barnes & Thornburg in the firm’s Wilmington office, becoming part of a collaborative national litigation team known for handling complex, high-stakes disputes across industries. Recognized for her command of Delaware law and business-minded approach to litigation, Brittany brings a strong track record of guiding clients through sensitive and consequential matters.

“Brittany brings both precision and pragmatism to her litigation practice,” said Tom McGonigle, partner-in-charge of the Wilmington office. “Her experience with Delaware corporate law and high-stakes commercial disputes will really strengthen our team’s ability to guide clients through some of their most complex matters.”

She joins the firm as of counsel, further deepening the bench of seasoned litigators in Wilmington. Brittany will work closely with litigation partner Elizabeth Fenton, whose recent arrival helped solidify the firm’s strategic focus on expanding its litigation capabilities in Delaware.

Brittany represents clients in corporate governance disputes, fiduciary duty claims, shareholder and partnership litigation and contract and employment-related matters — particularly those filed in the Delaware Court of Chancery and other state and federal courts. She also has extensive experience leading internal investigations and advising special committees on sensitive and time-critical matters.

With a cross-disciplinary background that spans corporate litigation, consumer financial services and internal investigations, Brittany delivers a broad, business-informed perspective to every matter. She regularly defends lenders and servicers in credit card and financial services litigation, navigating overlapping legal and regulatory frameworks with efficiency and clarity.

Her arrival marks the latest in a series of strategic hires that reflect Barnes & Thornburg’s continued investment in the Wilmington market. In addition to Elizabeth, the office recently welcomed two experienced real estate project managers, broadening its capabilities across key industries.

Brittany earned her J.D. from Delaware Law School and her B.A. from Temple University.

With more than 800 attorneys and other legal professionals, Barnes & Thornburg is one of the largest law firms in the country.
