Juanita DeLoach has received the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s (MCCA) 2025 Rising Stars Award. Known for her dedication not only to advancing her clients’ interests but also to giving back through pro bono work and mentoring the next generation of lawyers, Juanita combines her technical background with a passion for making a difference. With a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and deep experience in intellectual property, she helps clients navigate complex patent challenges in cutting-edge technology fields.
Beyond her legal practice, Juanita is deeply committed to service and mentorship. She volunteers extensively and supports initiatives that foster professional development and build community within the legal profession. Juanita will be celebrated alongside other honorees at the Pathways Conference Awards Dinner in Washington, D.C., on September 9, 2025.
