Michael Zogby and Bill Boudreaux Named to LMG's Life Sciences Americas Awards Shortlist
Recognized for excellence in product liability and patent strategy in the life sciences sector

Partners Michael Zogby and Bill Boudreaux have been named finalists for the 2025 LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards, which spotlight the top attorneys, firms and legal teams driving innovation and excellence across the life sciences industry in the United States, Canada, and Brazil.
Zogby, parter-in-charge of the firm’s New Jersey and Philadelphia offices and Trial and Global Disputes co-chair, is shortlisted for Litigation & Enforcement: Product Liability Attorney of the Year. Boudreaux, a leading pharmaceutical patent attorney in the firm, is a finalist for IP: Patent Strategy Attorney of the Year for the Midwest region. Their nominations reflect B&T’s deep bench of legal talent and the firm’s strength in handling sophisticated, high-stakes matters across key life sciences disciplines.
The honorees were selected through a rigorous research process involving client and peer feedback, firm submissions and analysis by the LMG Life Sciences editorial and research team.
Winners will be announced at the 2025 LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards ceremony on September 4, 2025, in New York City.
