Zogby’s practice spans domestic and international matters, and he is widely regarded for his strategic leadership in multidistrict and cross-border disputes.
Zogby, who serves as partner-in-charge of the firm’s New Jersey and Philadelphia offices, is a seasoned trial lawyer representing clients across life sciences and other highly regulated sectors. His experience spans commercial and consumer litigation, intellectual property, antitrust, trade secrets, and data privacy. He also advises clients across the U.S., Asia, and Europe on cross-border discovery and crisis response, and coordinates trial strategy in multidistrict proceedings. Zogby co-chairs the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes practice and the BT Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) talent resource group.
