I AM...

• Passionate about reading and volunteering. I currently serve as the co-leader of the New York City chapter of Room to Read.
• A mom to two amazing kiddos. My son Avery is a sophomore at Bennington College and my daughter Lilah is in second grade.
• Originally from Western New York—born and raised—and proud of my roots
• An avid sports fan and die-hard Buffalo Bills fan. GO BILLS!
• A member of a small “culture club” that attends at least one new gallery opening, Broadway show, or performance art exhibit each month
• A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology. I spent my early years working in fashion for Saks Fifth Avenue and interned at ELLE magazine under the direction of Nina Garcia from Project Runway.
• A huge live music fan who has attended many concerts of varying genres, including Pearl Jam, Bob Dylan, Kendrick Lamar, Dave Matthews Band, The Cure, Madonna, AC/DC, and Depeche Mode
• A vegetarian who loves exploring and trying new veggie-friendly foods.
• A newfound yogi who attends weekly refresh and restore yoga classes
• A big fan of brunch. I try to make it to a new spot every weekend.
