At the same time, Aaron is also well-versed in the world of structured finance special situations, representing trustees, special servicers, and administrative agents across various industries and deal types. From residential mortgage-backed securities transactions to energy and student loan deals to whole business securitizations, Aaron's experience spans the spectrum of complex financial instruments allowing him to navigate oftentimes complicated issues in a real-world and effective way.
