With over a decade of experience, Adam structures complex financing for economic development projects, from municipal bonds to tax-increment financing, helping communities grow and thrive. 

Adam serves as bond counsel to governmental entities all over Indiana in a wide range of tax-exempt and taxable bond issues, including tax increment, utility financings, revenue and general obligation bonds. He also serves as special counsel to several redevelopment commissions across Indiana.
