Leaning on his understanding of medical records, Alex is able to garner relevant medical history, courses of treatment, mitigating factors and the like. He uses this skill to gather as much information as possible and then advise clients in handling related, complex legal issues.

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Alex worked at another Indiana firm on worker’s compensation related disputes which provided him with substantial experience representing small and large businesses through both traditional litigation and administrative hearings, as well as various alternative dispute resolution forums. 

Alex was a legal extern with Ascension Health and Indiana University Health Corporate Legal Services and a law clerk with a local Indiana law firm, while earning his law degree.

In his free time, Alex is an avid Indianapolis Colts and Manchester United fan, and he is always working to better his golf game.
