Alex's litigation experience in front of courts and agencies drives his attentive approach to time, cost, and exposure concerns.

Beyond disputes, Alex counsels clients from a variety of industries, including automotive, chemical, defense, oil & gas, manufacturing, and railroads. He is dedicated to providing clients with workable solutions that ensure compliance with environmental regulations at their facilities.
