Alexander Barnstead represents national and international clients in complex civil antitrust and white collar criminal litigation, internal and government investigations, and general commercial litigation. Alexander has experience assisting with developing and establishing effective compliance programs, which includes risk assessment, policies, training and investigations.

Alexander represents individual and corporate clients in complex civil and white collar criminal litigation and focuses his practice on criminal and civil antitrust matters, and internal and government investigations. He also assists corporate clients with establishing effective compliance programs and in a wide range of commercial litigation matters.

In addition, Alexander advises clients on national and international criminal antitrust investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

Alexander is a member of the team assisting the Special Compliance Coordinator appointed by the U.S. Department of Commerce to monitor, assess and report on the U.S. export control compliance of Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipment Corporation, of Shenzhen, China, and ZTE Kangxun Telecommunications Ltd. of Hi-New Shenzhen, China (collectively, ZTE).

Alexander has advised and defended clients in large national and international criminal antitrust investigations by the DOJ. He has also represented clients in civil antitrust matters and has experience defending clients in large, multidistrict class action litigations.
