Alexander Orlowski is a proven, reliable and experienced trial lawyer. He represents Fortune 500 companies and individual clients in complex business and commercial litigation involving disputes relating to business torts, contracts, trade secrets, and real property. A significant portion of Alex’s practice is devoted to prosecuting affirmative claims, providing his clients effective advocacy tailored to their business objectives.
Alex brings a great deal of experience to clients in the logistics, transportation, construction, housing, manufacturing and commercial software industries. Alex represents his clients across the U.S. before both state and federal courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration settings throughout the country.
Whether working to enforce contract rights; protect trade secrets and confidential information; or helping his clients navigate regional or national litigation, Alex works to safeguard his clients’ interests in complex, high-value cases. When needed, Alex is ready to take his clients’ matters through trial and appeal, having litigated multimillion dollar jury trials in New York, Maryland and Indiana.
In addition to providing legal advice, Alex’s experience includes researching and publishing in the field of voter turnout and civic engagement. He is also devoted to serving the greater community, serving on the board and executive committee of the Indiana Bar Foundation and judging its annual Indiana “We the People” and high school mock trial competitions.
