Alexander Walenczyk advises developers, tenants, lenders and operators in various aspects of real estate matters. Alexander helps clients achieve their real estate development and investment objectives.
Before joining Barnes & Thornburg full-time, Alexander was a summer associate and law clerk in the firm’s Wilmington office working on real estate and corporate matters.
Prior embarking on his legal career, Alexander was a staff engineer for an engineering and environmental consulting firm that supported land development projects, corporate real estate portfolios and the energy industry.
Alexander also gained experience as a licensed real estate salesperson role for a brokerage firm, where he coordinated with real estate attorneys to draft purchase agreements for new owners and maintained market trend analyses of property values in the New York City residential real estate market.
