Alison Moon takes a focused and collaborative approach to intellectual property law, working with clients to safeguard their creative works, innovations, and brands. She combines strong research and writing skills with an interest in how law, business, and policy intersect to shape the protection of intellectual assets.

Alison supports clients in trademark, copyright, and patent matters, assisting with research, drafting, and strategy development to protect and enforce intellectual property rights. She approaches each matter with precision and practicality, aiming to deliver solutions that are both effective and business-minded.

Before joining Barnes & Thornburg full time, Alison gained valuable experience as a summer associate at the firm and as an intern with the U.S. House of Representatives. These roles gave her insight into both private practice and the legislative process, perspectives she now brings to her work on behalf of clients.
