Andrea works with healthcare clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including compliance, governance, transactional support, and regulatory issues. She approaches each engagement with energy, precision, and a practical mindset, helping clients implement solutions that are both legally sound and operationally effective.

Before joining Barnes & Thornburg full time, Andrea served as a registered nurse in the United States Army Nurse Corps, gaining firsthand experience in patient care and healthcare operations. She also worked with the firm as a summer associate and law clerk, building a strong foundation in healthcare law. This combination of clinical and legal expertise enables Andrea to approach complex challenges from multiple perspectives, bridging the gap between operational realities and legal strategy.
