Andrew C. Durden is of counsel in the Atlanta office of Barnes & Thornburg, where he is a member of the firm's Corporate Department.

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Andrew practiced with Marshall & Lueder, LLC. Previously, he was a finance attorney with a large, international law firm.

Andrew concentrates his practice on corporate finance, commercial lending and transactional matters. His experience includes representing clients in diverse business transactions, including syndicated, senior secured, cash flow and asset-based financing; second lien and mezzanine credit facilities; securitizations; mergers and acquisitions; leasing arrangements; debtor-in-possession facilities; debt restructuring; and complex intercreditor transactions.

Andrew has advised clients ranging from publicly held international companies to small businesses in a variety of markets including energy, healthcare, media, communications, manufacturing, retail and real estate.
