Ben Manahan is a driven and practical professional who assists clients in virtually all stages of commercial real estate transactions and corporate governance matters.
Ben has experience drafting closing checklists and monitoring key dates for real estate transactions, drafting lease agreements, and researching and drafting memos on various real estate issues.
In addition, Ben has drafted formation documents for entities and has experience in reviewing M&A due diligence. He has also assisted in matters regarding the Corporate Transparency Act and its implications for various corporate clients.
Prior to joining the firm full-time, Ben worked as a summer associate and law clerk at Barnes & Thornburg where he assisted clients with a variety of corporate and real estate matters. He also gained experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Kellie M. Barr of the U.S. District for the Southern District of Indiana.
