Commercial litigator Benjamin Pendroff focuses his practice on the resolution of complex business disputes in state and federal courts across the country. Benjamin is adept at tailoring the legal strategy for a particular matter to the needs of the particular client.
Benjamin advises on litigation and regulatory matters across a wide variety of disciplines and industries. He has represented clients in claims pertaining to securities fraud, product liability, patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and construction disputes, as well as the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
He also litigates disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, workplace discrimination, restrictive covenants and tortious interference.
As a former actor, Benjamin is quick on his feet in the courtroom. Outside of the courtroom, Benjamin offers developed skills in diplomacy, persuasive negotiation and advocacy for his clients. He is dedicated to providing clear communication and legal and strategic positions that are designed to achieve his client’s specific commercial objectives.
Benjamin has also enjoyed representing clients in a variety of pro bono matters. This experience includes obtaining a favorable divorce settlement, obtaining reparations on behalf of those who suffered through the Holocaust, obtaining a settlement for a prisoner’s civil rights claim, and obtaining a large reduction of a small business’ administrative suspension.
