She is well-versed in virtually all areas of pre-trial and trial preparation, has second-chaired two medical malpractice jury trials that resulted in unanimous defense verdicts, and has helped secure numerous favorable settlements, dismissals of cases, and judgments. She also has experience representing health care professionals before various licensing and administrative agencies, and with appeals.
Beth is highly regarded for her ability to manage large-scale projects involving coordination amongst multidisciplinary teams, her ability to leverage her significant eDiscovery experience to meet critical deadlines and position cases for early case resolution, and her attention to detail and recall of key topics and facts that are important to her clients’ cases throughout the lifecycle of the matter.
