He also served as the department’s point person for all transportation-related matters, working closely with the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) to address traffic impact studies, access management, and infrastructure coordination. This role positioned him at the intersection of land use and transportation planning, enhancing his ability to anticipate and resolve issues that affect project timelines and approvals.
