Brian Nguyen is a zealous and skilled litigator who represents institutional and individual clients in a wide-range of litigation matters, including commercial, intellectual property, and real estate construction defect litigation. A strong communicator committed to achieving his clients’ litigation objectives, Brian has experience in each phase of litigation, from pre-litigation negotiations up through trial preparation.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked for a Los Angeles-based firm, where he routinely appeared for hearings in state and federal court on behalf of his clients. He also prepared and presented oral arguments for dispositive motions in state court and in arbitration.
Brian has also taken and defended key depositions and has experience in negotiating settlements at benchmark stages in cases, including at mediation.
While in law school, Brian worked as an extern for the Honorable Stuart Rice in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Brian has also worked with legal aid organizations to provide assistance to economically disadvantaged individuals facing eviction from their homes.
