Brittany is driven and detail-oriented in her work, taking on complex and nuanced product liability claims presented throughout a case and during settlement negotiations. She prepares detailed litigation strategies and collaborates with her team to ensure successful outcomes for her clients.   

A skilled and knowledgeable litigator, Brittany has worked in litigation since being admitted to practice law. She represents clients in various industries, with a focus on healthcare litigation and tort litigation.

Brittany defends clients in mass tort, product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and contract disputes. Her attention to detail ensures that a client’s interests are protected throughout the litigation process. 

Prior to joining the firm, Brittany worked at an Indianapolis litigation firm, where she managed many cases from inception through resolution, either through dispositive motion or settlement. She worked on complex written discovery and reviewing client claims files, contracts, medical records and billing records. She has experience drafting and arguing complex litigation motions, taking and defending depositions for both individual clients and corporate representatives. 

As a law student, Brittany gain experience through legal externships with Eli Lilly and Company and the Indiana University Research and Technology Center. She also was a law clerk for an Indianapolis law practice conducting legal research on issues regarding criminal law, professional responsibility, trusts and custody.
