Carol applies unique, firsthand experience serving as the COO of The Mercantile Companies, Inc., a family business, to advise clients. In this role, she provided critical guidance across a range of corporate, environmental and real estate-related matters. Driven by the desire to help clients improve upon the world, she understands – and lives – what it means to be a good and responsible citizen. She applies this perspective to providing thoughtful representation for her clients, protecting their interests as if they are her own. 

Known for her ability to quickly digest the challenge at hand, Carol leverages her practical problem-solving and project management strengths to reach viable, practical solutions. When she’s not advocating for her clients’ businesses, Carol is dedicated to environmental sustainability, philanthropy, community service, health education and family.
