Caroline Harvey represents developers and investors engaged in the acquisition, development, disposition, and financing of industrial, multifamily, hotel, and office building real estate assets. Caroline’s transactional know-how and solid understanding of her clients’ business objectives make her a trusted advocate for clients navigating complex real estate deals.

Caroline’s experience in the commercial real estate sector spans multiple asset classes, along with varied and complex deal structures. On behalf of her clients, she routinely negotiates purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and other intra-party agreements that arise throughout the course of her deals.

Additionally, she has experience with various types of construction and permanent financing arrangements, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans, bridge and acquisition financing, and institutional credit-facilities. She regularly handles and enjoys title and survey review, easement drafting and negotiation, and finding effective resolutions to title curative matters.

Caroline combines her down-to-earth attitude with a strategic and detail-oriented approach to her practice. She is committed to helping clients achieve their business objectives while navigating the intricacies of real estate transactions.
