Thorough, persistent and organized, Caroline Payne is an advocate who is diligent about meeting and exceeding client expectations. She focuses her practice in the areas of product liability, toxic tort and complex commercial litigation.

Caroline performs research and analysis, prepares memos regarding various issues, and drafts motions, briefs and discovery in preparation for case filings, negotiations, and state and federal trials. She is dedicated to getting to the heart of the matter quickly and finding creative solutions for dispute resolution. 

Prior to joining the firm, Caroline was an intern for Allegion, a global supply management company, where she gained valuable experience creating a department-wide integrated mergers and acquisitions plan and instituting a new profit and cost tracking system throughout the buying department.

She uses her experience and knowledge gained as double business major to contemplate and seek out the best approach regarding legal issues challenging her client’s businesses.

Away from the office, Caroline is interested in historical oddities and is a pizza enthusiast.
