With more than 20 years of experience in legal business development and operational leadership, Carrie plays a central role in shaping the Healthcare group’s strategy, supporting attorneys across the firm as they serve hospitals and health systems, physician practices, health tech companies, and other key players in the sector. She works hand-in-hand with attorneys to streamline operations, implement growth-focused initiatives, and ensure the group is anticipating and meeting the complex needs of clients navigating an evolving regulatory and business environment.

Before joining Barnes & Thornburg, Carrie led the business development team at a national law firm, where she managed strategic initiatives across multiple industries and practice areas. She also held leadership roles in sales operations and marketing at a global supply chain company. Known for her ability to connect the dots between client priorities and business strategy, Carrie brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to every facet of her work.
