A dedicated and strategic thinker, Casey Wright’s practice focuses on prosecuting U.S. and international trademark applications, searching and clearing trademarks, and IP counseling, IP licensing, and trademark enforcement. Casey works with clients to maximize the value of their intellectual property by maintaining existing IP assets while identifying opportunities for growth.
In addition to clearing trademarks, Casey’s practice includes monitoring third-party uses, as well as enforcing and defending trademark rights through Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings.
He also regularly helps clients protect IP assets in mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence, as well as negotiate and close IP licenses and other contracts.
Prior to joining the firm, Casey was an associate at an Indianapolis-based firm, where he assisted clients with securing IP rights and with IP transactions.
