Catherine advises on both U.S. and offshore investment and financing transactions, including private equity transactions, venture capital and growth equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, convertible instruments, joint ventures and other specialized investment structures. She also counsels clients on general corporate matters.

Guiding clients through investments in companies at all stages of development, Catherine helps early-stage startups and growth-stage companies to companies preparing to go public. Her experience encompasses the entire investment life cycle, including initial investment, follow-on and bridge investments, crossover financings and exits through initial public offerings and SPAC transactions.
