Caylyn has experience advising on a variety of corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity platform formations, securities offerings, and corporate governance matters. She supports clients across industries with both the strategic insight and technical detail required to close deals efficiently and mitigate risk.
Before joining Barnes & Thornburg, Caylyn was an associate at a Nashville-based law firm. Prior to practicing law, she held a creative role in the marketing industry, where she developed skills in strategic thinking and effective communication — tools she now leverages in her legal practice.
