Chad focuses his practice on the full spectrum of renewable energy tax incentives, including investment tax credits under section 48E, production tax credits under section 45Y, carbon capture credits under section 45Q, and clean hydrogen credits under section 45V. Chad also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and general federal income tax planning.
