Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Chase served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Heather A. Welch and the Honorable Christina R. Klineman of the Indiana Commercial Courts, where he gained experience with complex business disputes, judicial decision-making, and Commercial Court procedures.
Chase earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he was an Associate Member of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review, was named to the Order of the Barristers of the Robert H. Staton Moot Court Competition, served as Assistant Chief Justice of the Robert H. Staton Moot Court Executive Board and competed in a national appellate advocacy competition with the American Bar Association.
Active in the Indianapolis legal community, Chase volunteers with the Indianapolis Bar Association. Chase also enjoys IU athletics and aspires to visit all U.S. National Parks.
