Chelsea has experience supporting a high volume of matters for high-profile clients including recording and performing artists, producers, writers, executives, and record labels, assisting and advising on how to best protect their IP rights and creative interests.

Working with musicians, songwriters, music publishers, record labels, and management companies, Chelsea drafts, negotiates, and reviews a variety of deals including recording agreements, distribution agreements, merchandise agreements, producing agreements, licensing agreements, and endorsement agreements. She also is adept at investigating, analyzing, and responding to claims and disputes including intellectual property claims, audits, breach of contract, and publicity, as well as providing counsel on dispute resolution strategies.

Calling upon her experience in a variety of roles within the entertainment industry, Chelsea has established herself as a trusted adviser to clients on a wide range of industry matters.

Outside of the firm, Chelsea enjoys hiking around L.A. with her dog, Jamie, and attending concerts around the city as she can.
