Christine Miller is a paralegal focusing on real estate. Along with her strong multitasking and time-management skills, Christine has dedicated industry experience that allows her to effectively assist clients and attorneys in a variety of real estate matters.
Christine prepares closing disclosures, HUD-1 settlement statements, and deeds and performs examinations of title commitments. Additionally, she generates attorney opinion letters in advance of real estate settlements.
Christine has experience processing clients’ estate planning and estate needs, including estate preparation and filing and quiet title actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Christine was a paralegal at a Delaware-based firm, where she handled loan disbursement tasks for multi-state closings and drafted pleadings and other court documents for filing in all three counties and courts as well as estate planning, estates and litigation matters within a wide array of legal areas.
