As a core member of multiple regional and national litigation teams, Curtis defends major manufacturers in breach of contract, construction, and product liability cases. He has been involved in contracts totaling more than $2 billion and counting, including closing an $80 million contract for the state of Indiana.
Curtis’s construction law clients benefit from his experience working as an executive in the commercial construction industry before becoming a lawyer. In his practice today, he represents a wide variety of clients ranging from real estate developers to suppliers in matters such as contract drafting and commercial and construction defect litigation. His background as an All-Conference and Academic All-American baseball player at Ball State University honed his competitive edge, strategic thinking, and teamwork skills – attributes that now serve him well in the courtroom and at the negotiation table.
