With a decade of private practice and in-house experience, Daniella Piñeros concentrates her practice on product liability and mass tort litigation, primarily for drug and medical device litigation.
Daniella is a skilled litigator who has handled complex medical malpractice and wrongful death cases on behalf of healthcare providers, including physicians and hospital systems. She is experienced at handling virtually all phases of litigation, including conducting and defending depositions of key witnesses and experts, drafting and arguing motions, and conducting settlement conferences and trials.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniella worked at a venture-backed biotherapeutics company developing Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-regulated products, where she focused on providing legal and regulatory counsel and was involved in developing the company’s regulatory strategies.
Daniella is not regularly admitted to practice law in the local courts of the District of Columbia and is working under the supervision of a member of the D.C. Bar pending her admission.Credentials
