David represents clients in complex commercial and general litigation matters, supporting all aspects of litigation, from discovery and dispositive motion practice to trial preparation and strategic resolution. With a background in neuroscience, David brings a disciplined, evidence-driven approach to lawyering, ensuring that client objectives remain at the forefront of every decision. David’s writing and advocacy skills earned recognition in UIC Law’s Dean Fred F. Herzog Moot Court Competition, where he was named an Honorable Mention Brief Author and Octofinalist among over 200 competitors.

Before joining Barnes & Thornburg, David managed one of the highest-performing CVS Health stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, overseeing a $2.4 million operation and leading a 13-person team as a top-ranked store manager. As a first-year law student, David interned at a boutique labor and employment firm, where he worked on matters involving workplace discrimination under Title VII and breach of contract claims. Above all, David is committed to delivering smart, practical legal solutions that help clients navigate disputes with confidence at every stage.
