Dominic works closely with individual inventors and multinational corporations to develop IP strategies that strengthen their market position. He prepares and prosecutes patent applications, responds to office actions and advises on portfolio strategies. He also conducts prior art and trademark searches, patentability evaluations and freedom-to-operate opinions.
Dominic’s background in aerospace and mechanical engineering, as well as industry experience as a software testing engineer, combine to inform his ability to advise clients on complex technology matters. His background also lends itself to assisting clients in a wide variety of technology areas. This includes clients in aerospace, automotive, appliances, tools, materials, and software technologies.
