Having a diverse background in corporate law, Dominique Gallacher primarily assists clients with ongoing business operations. She advises fund client and private companies on a variety of contractual matters relating to operational agreements and investments.  

Dominique is skilled at evaluating the details as well as stepping back to consider the big picture. With more than 18 years in practice and a breadth of experience, she represents hedge funds, funds, investment banks, and other financial institutions. She provides tailored and pragmatic guidance on a range of agreements that directly impact her clients’ operations and investments.

Her practice is focused on drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts crucial to her clients’ businesses, including non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, engagement letters, vendor agreements, data purchase agreements, software licenses and other operations agreements.   

Dominique has also handled and advised on a wide variety of transactional matters, ranging from lending transaction, equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions.
