Beth has first-chaired trials in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court, and the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Commerce Program, and has successfully represented clients in mediations and arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association, the International Center for Dispute Resolution, and JAMS.
Beth’s practice includes representing clients in shareholder and post-closing litigation, class actions, antitrust and unfair competition claims, corporate governance issues, and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. She also brings significant experience litigating corporate veil and business ownership matters.
Recognized for her work at the intersection of litigation and data privacy, Beth is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/U.S. (CIPP/US). She helps clients mitigate privacy risks in commercial disputes and navigate the evolving data protection landscape.
Beyond the courtroom, Beth is a trusted advisor to companies facing internal investigations and regulatory scrutiny. She has led sensitive internal investigations involving ethics violations, managed remediation and compliance initiatives, and guided companies through proceedings with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and Securities and Exchange Commission.
